Celebrating Compassion: Ritma’s Contribution to SPCA Selangor’s “Potong Royong 3A – Neuter Your EX” Event

We are thrilled to share the highlights from the remarkable "Potong Royong 3A – Neuter Your EX" event, organized by the Society For The Prevention of Cruelty To Animals (SPCA Selangor). Held at their excellent shelter in Ampang, this impactful program demonstrated the power of collaboration and community spirit in promoting animal welfare. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to SPCA Selangor for the resounding success of this initiative, which serves as a beacon of hope for animal lovers across the region.

The event’s success was a result of meticulous coordination between SPCA Selangor, the Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ), veterinary students from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), and a host of corporate organizations. This collaboration underscores the importance of collective efforts in addressing critical issues like pet overpopulation and stray management. We commend SPCA Selangor for their unwavering dedication to this cause and for creating a platform where organizations like Ritma can contribute meaningfully.

We were deeply honoured to meet Her Royal Highness Tengku Permaisuri Hajah Norashikin Tengku Permaisuri Selangor, a passionate advocate for animal welfare. Her presence at the event highlighted the importance of raising awareness about responsible pet ownership and the humane treatment of animals.

This event also marked an exciting milestone for Ritma as we sponsored Drontal Cat and Drontal Tasty Bone, leading deworming medications trusted by veterinarians worldwide, along with Natural Core and Top Ration pet foods. These contributions were part of Ritma’s ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts to support initiatives that enhance the well-being of animals and the communities that care for them.

The "Potong Royong 3A – Neuter Your EX" event aligns perfectly with Ritma’s vision of making a positive impact on animal health and welfare. By sponsoring these essential products, we aimed to support SPCA Selangor’s mission to reduce stray populations through neutering and to provide nutritious food for animals in need.

At Ritma, we believe that CSR is more than just a responsibility—it’s a core value that drives us to give back to the community. We remain committed to furthering our engagement in impactful projects and are excited to collaborate on future initiatives that promote the health and welfare of animals.

A heartfelt thank you to SPCA Selangor for their leadership and dedication, and to everyone who contributed to the success of this meaningful event. Together, we can continue to make a difference in the lives of animals and create a more compassionate society.
